Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Restaurant Manager. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, coordinating staff hiring and training, and maintaining operational excellence. The role involves managing customer service, monitoring food and beverage quality, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. The individual will work collaboratively with staff and management to achieve the restaurant’s goals.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure an exceptional dining experience for guests.
• Proficiency in Hiring practices and workforce management to build and train a motivated and efficient team.
• Effective Communication skills for managing staff, handling customers, and collaborating with team members.
• Expertise in Food & Beverage management to oversee quality, inventory, and menu planning.
• Proven leadership and organizational skills to manage daily restaurant operations effectively.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food and beverage industry.
• Previous experience in restaurant management or a closely related role is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.
