About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Civil Engineer with a passion for structural design and steel detailing to join our growing engineering team.

This role is ideal for recent graduates (2022–2023) who have completed coursework or gained hands-on experience in steel structure detailing and structural design.

You will collaborate with senior engineers to deliver high-quality engineering outputs across industrial and commercial projects, including fabrication drawings, design calculations, and construction documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed steel structure shop drawings and connection details.
• Assist in the structural analysis and design of steel and reinforced concrete elements.
• Support the preparation of fabrication and erection drawings.
• Coordinate with senior engineers and project teams to ensure design accuracy and constructability.
• Review and update technical drawings to align with project standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, graduated between 2022 and 2023.
• Coursework, training, or practical experience in steel detailing, structural design, or drafting software (Tekla Structures).
• Strong understanding of engineering principles, structural behavior, and load analysis.
• Proficiency in Tekla Structures or other detailing software is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Eagerness to learn, grow professionally, and take on technical challenges.
