Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Store Manager role based in Cairo. The Store Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth business operations and a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing staff, driving sales performance, maintaining inventory controls, implementing retail loss prevention measures, and resolving customer inquiries efficiently. The role requires leadership and organizational skills to maintain a positive work environment and achieve store objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and customer satisfaction skills to enhance the shopping experience and address client needs effectively.
• Proficient in store management, including operational oversight, team leadership, and sales strategy implementation.
• Experience in retail loss prevention to safeguard assets and minimize shrinkage.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with team members, stakeholders, and customers effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
• Previous experience in retail or store management is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is a plus.
