Role Description


 

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Specialist based in New Cairo. The Customer Support Specialist will handle customer inquiries, provide assistance, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include offering technical support, troubleshooting problems, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance service quality.

Strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills

Excellent Interpersonal Skills to effectively communicate and build relationships

Proficiency in handling Technical Support and troubleshooting

Analytical Skills to identify and address customer needs effectively

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks

Previous experience in a customer service or technical support role is a plus

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
