Conducting a daily survey calls with customers to measure service levels in different touchpoints.
Submit daily digital surveys with customers through digital platforms.
Communicate with concerned parties “internal & external “to respond to customer’s inquiries or complaints and follow up till closing.

Play a key role in the Voice of Customer Program by collecting feedback and identifying the areas of improvement
