About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives for NIU, focusing on brand visibility, collaborations, events, social media management, and performance-driven marketing execution. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking and operational capability, with an understanding of community engagement, hospitality-driven marketing, and content-driven growth.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute NIU’s marketing strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Define clear marketing KPIs and performance tracking frameworks
  • Create annual and quarterly marketing plans covering campaigns, events, and digital initiatives
  • Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to identify opportunities

Social Media Management

  • Manage content planning, posting schedules, and audience engagement across platforms
  • Ensure brand consistency in tone, messaging, and visual identity
  • Coordinate with designers, photographers, and videographers for content production
  • Monitor growth metrics, engagement rates, and campaign outcomes

Collaborations & Partnerships

  • Identify and secure partnerships with influencers, brands, and community groups
  • Manage outreach, negotiation, activation planning, and post-campaign reporting
  • Build relationships that enhance brand positioning and reach

Events & Community Activation

  • Plan and execute events, workshops, and experiential activities within NIU
  • Coordinate logistics, promotion, guest experience, and event follow-up
  • Ensure events support brand goals such as membership growth, retention, and visibility

Reporting & Performance Measurement

  • Track marketing KPIs including reach, conversion, lead generation, and cost efficiency
  • Produce structured monthly reports for leadership review
  • Recommend adjustments based on data insights and performance trends

Requirements

  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably in hospitality, coworking, F&B, or lifestyle sectors
  • Strong understanding of social media and community-based marketing
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
  • Analytical mindset with familiarity in performance metrics and reporting
  • Creative thinking paired with commercial awareness

Preferred Skills

  • Experience managing events or brand activations
  • Familiarity with CRM or campaign tracking tools
  • Understanding of customer acquisition and retention approaches
  • Ability to brief and manage creative resources
