They are a fast-growing online education and coaching brand offering a $7,800 YouTube Automation Program. With a strong sales and fulfillment team in place, we’re now hiring a part-time internal recruiter to help us bring on top talent across sales, marketing, and client success as we continue to scale.
About The Role
We’re looking for a high-energy, driven, and detail-obsessed professional to join our team in a dual-capacity role: Internal Recruiter and Executive Assistant to the CEO. This is a fast-paced, high-growth environment where you’ll play a critical role in building out our internal team while keeping the CEO organized, efficient, and focused on top priorities.

What You’ll Do
Internal Recruitment
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for roles across the company — especially sales-focused roles.
- Manage candidate pipelines, schedule interviews, and maintain organized tracking systems.
- Conduct outreach and build relationships with candidates in the high-ticket sales, coaching, and consulting space.
- Write compelling job descriptions, post across job boards, and manage inbound applications.
- Support with offer coordination, onboarding, and maintaining hiring processes.
Executive Assistant to the CEO
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and daily workflow with precision.
- Coordinate internal meetings, client calls, and travel when needed.
- Draft emails, proposals, documents, and internal communications with excellent grammar and professionalism.
- Handle operational tasks, follow-ups, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
- Maintain systems and processes to help the CEO operate at maximum efficiency.

- Personable & Professional — You build rapport easily and represent the CEO and company with integrity.
- Resourceful Problem Solver — You find answers, figure things out, and keep the CEO protected from chaos.
Preferred Experience

- Recruiting for High-Ticket Sales roles
- Experience in the coaching, consulting, or online education space
- Calendar management at a high level
- Supporting founders or executives
- Copywriting or drafting written professional communication

Compensation
OTE: $50,000–$70,000/year (Base + Commission)
