Role Objective
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities as an independent consultant.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Achieve sales targets and drive company growth through strategic business planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads via networking, cold outreach, and digital channels.
- Maintain effective client and partner relationships.
- Conduct market research to analyze trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver business proposals and presentations to clients.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve set sales objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer requirements.
- Track and report on business development metrics and pipeline.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Manage your own schedule, ensuring project deadlines and goals are consistently met.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (advantageous).
- 3+ years of proven experience in business development or sales roles.
- Strong networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in market analysis, CRM tools, and presentation software.
- Ability to work independently, handle multiple projects, and adapt to changing business needs.
- Demonstrated experience in client relationship management.
- Excellent analytical and strategic planning ability.

Contract Terms

- I will prepare a visual, pictographic PDF JD with company logo, icons, and diagrams for memory retention.
- Canva template for easy JD customization and sharing.
- Notion dashboard template to track leads, sales targets, follow-ups, and KPIs, with visuals and reminders.
- you will be able to use the dashboard for daily/weekly check-ins, tracking progress and deadlines.
- Action Plan Timeline and daily check-in reminders will be set up to ensure follow-through.
