Job Summary:
The digital marketing officer will execute marketing strategies including but not limited to digital marketing, social media management, content creation, community engagement and market research aiming to boost sales and revenues while maintaining highest levels of customer's satisfaction and global reach.

- Digital Strategy Development: Plan, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various platforms, including social media, email, content, and SEO/SEM.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns, from planning to deployment, including paid ads (Google Ads, social media ads), email marketing, and content marketing.
- Content Management: Collaborate with content creators to optimize high quality, engaging content for websites, social media, blogs, and email campaigns.
- SEO and SEM Management: Optimize website content for search engines, manage on-page and off-page SEO, and run paid search campaigns to increase traffic and visibility.
- Social Media Management: Oversee social media strategy, including content scheduling, engagement monitoring, and analytics to ensure growth and engagement across platforms.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track, measure, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools like Google Analytics, and other Performance Metrics to evaluate success and make data-driven decisions on effectiveness and efficiency.
- Email Marketing: Design, implement, and manage email marketing campaigns, including automation workflows, segmentation, and A/B testing.
- Budget Management: Manage and allocate digital marketing budgets efficiently, ensuring that resources are used effectively to achieve desired ROI.
- Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with internal teams (content, design, sales) and external businesses and vendors to align digital marketing efforts with the broader business goals.
- Stay Updated on Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithms, and tools to continuously improve campaigns and strategies.
Candidate Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a relevant field.
- Must have 3 or more years of experience in marketing.
- Must have Google Analytics Certification/ HubSpot Inbound Certification/Google Ads Certification/SEO Toolkit/ Recognized Social Media Marketing Certification/ Email Marketing Certification/ Microsoft Advertising Certification/ Certified Social Media Brand Manager (CSMBM)/Certified Content Marketing Brand Manager (CCMBM).
- Meta social media certification, Strategy of content marketing, Influence Marketing Strategist, Sports Marketing certifications would be a plus.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
