Role Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Odoo ERP implementation projects for multiple clients, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Conduct business requirements analysis and translate client needs into functional Odoo solutions.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations, ensuring smooth workflow across functional and technical teams.
  • Coordinate between implementation consultants, developers, and QA to ensure all modules are delivered to required standards.
  • Manage client meetings, requirement workshops, follow-ups, and change requests.
  • Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies; implement mitigation plans as needed.
  • Oversee UAT (User Acceptance Testing), training sessions, and post-go-live support.
  • Ensure full documentation of project phases, configurations, and processes.
  • Review project performance and provide regular status reports to management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communication.
  • Support pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations, effort estimations, and proposals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Odoo implementation across multiple modules (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, Purchase, Manufacturing, etc.).
  • 2+ years of experience in project management or leading Odoo delivery teams.
  • Strong understanding of ERP processes, business workflows, and system integrations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
  • Familiarity with Odoo Studio, Odoo configuration best practices, and functional testing.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle complex project challenges.
