Job Summary

Join our customer’s team as a Systems & Network Administration - AI trainer and play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of AI systems. You will leverage your subject matter expertise to drive impactful AI training projects, working hands-on with full-cycle prompting while delivering clear, concise communication to a global audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and refine AI training prompts and scenarios related to systems and network administration.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance AI understanding of real-world IT challenges, protocols, and best practices.
• Provide subject matter expertise to ensure accuracy and depth in AI responses for technical queries.
• Deliver constructive feedback on AI outputs related to network configurations, system troubleshooting, and security protocols.
• Document findings and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Continuously update AI training content to reflect the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Participate in regular team meetings and contribute innovative ideas for project improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ hands-on experience in systems and network administration.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible language.
• Proven experience collaborating in distributed, remote teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in IT environments.
• Passion for technology education and AI advancement.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as an AI trainer or prompt engineer.
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, Microsoft MCSA).
• Experience working with AI or machine learning platforms.
