As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for:

✅ Developing and executing marketing and brand strategies for all Safi brands in Kuwait, ensuring alignment with business goals and local market dynamics

✅ Leading tailored marketing campaigns across multiple channels and brands

✅ Managing influencer collaborations, brand activations, and monitoring campaign performance

✅ Delivering marketing and brand plans that elevate the customer experience and align with regional brand positioning while adapting to local market needs

✅ Managing the local marketing and branding budget, tracking performance, and ensuring financial efficiency and business impact

✅ Collaborating closely with cross-functional departments and working in alignment with leadership teams locally and regionally

✅ Fostering a culture of innovation, creativity, and excellence within the marketing function

🔍 We’re looking for someone with:

✔️ A degree in Marketing or a related field

✔️ 5 to 8 years of experience in marketing, media, brand, or product management (preferably within beauty, skincare, or cosmetics)

✔️ Hands-on experience with social media platforms, content management systems, and marketing tools

✔️ Strong analytical thinking and the ability to interpret performance metrics and market insights
