Job Description
- Supervise and coordinate daily on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
- Liaise with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
- Monitor the installation and finishing of marble and stone materials, ensuring compliance with design specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve any technical or safety issues.
- Prepare and maintain detailed site reports, progress updates, and documentation.
- Ensure all work adheres to relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Assist in the planning and scheduling of resources, materials, and equipment.
- Review and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Support the procurement process by coordinating with suppliers and verifying material quality.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior site staff and laborers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of proven experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar engineering role.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, particularly in marble or stone projects.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.
- Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations in construction.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration.
- Proficiency in using construction management software and MS Office Suite.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work full-time, on-site, and adapt to project demands.
