Job Description

  • Oversee the management and optimization of Alfa Laboratories’ real estate portfolio, including branches and laboratory facilities.
  • Coordinate property acquisition, leasing, and disposition activities to support business expansion and operational needs.
  • Negotiate lease agreements, renewals, and contracts with landlords, vendors, and service providers.
  • Ensure all properties comply with local regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess space requirements and support facility planning initiatives.
  • Monitor property maintenance, renovations, and repairs to ensure optimal functionality and presentation.
  • Develop and manage budgets for real estate operations, including rent, utilities, and maintenance costs.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings and portfolio optimization.
  • Maintain accurate records of property documents, contracts, and compliance certifications.
  • Prepare regular reports on real estate performance, occupancy, and operational efficiency for senior management.

Job Requirements

  • 10 years of proven experience in real estate management, property administration, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of property leasing, acquisition, and facility management processes.
  • Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Familiarity with local real estate laws, regulations, and compliance standards.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
