Job Description
- Oversee the management and optimization of Alfa Laboratories’ real estate portfolio, including branches and laboratory facilities.
- Coordinate property acquisition, leasing, and disposition activities to support business expansion and operational needs.
- Negotiate lease agreements, renewals, and contracts with landlords, vendors, and service providers.
- Ensure all properties comply with local regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess space requirements and support facility planning initiatives.
- Monitor property maintenance, renovations, and repairs to ensure optimal functionality and presentation.
- Develop and manage budgets for real estate operations, including rent, utilities, and maintenance costs.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings and portfolio optimization.
- Maintain accurate records of property documents, contracts, and compliance certifications.
- Prepare regular reports on real estate performance, occupancy, and operational efficiency for senior management.
