Job Description
- Lead and manage the nursing team across all units (ER, ICU, OR, inpatient wards, outpatient clinics).
- Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and standards of care.
- Ensure compliance with MOH regulations and accreditation standards (GAHAR or equivalent).
- Plan nursing manpower, prepare duty rosters, and maintain safe staffing levels 24/7.
- Monitor nursing quality indicators (falls, pressure injuries, medication errors, HAIs, etc.) and drive improvement plans.
- Oversee recruitment, performance evaluation, and development of nursing staff in coordination with HR.
- Coordinate with physicians, medical director, and other departments to ensure smooth patient flow and high-quality care.
- Support implementation and proper use of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and hospital information systems.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from a recognized institution
- Minimum 10 years of nursing experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Postgraduate studies in nursing science, healthcare administration, or quality management
- Fluent in English and comfortable with digital health systems
- Residents of 10th of Ramadan City or surrounding areas are highly preferred
