Job Description
- Strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Drawings
- Full Time (9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.) Fridays & Saturdays are off
- Create accurate construction BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Produce organized architectural drawing sets for various construction stages and participate in discipline reviews.
- Follow international and internal BIM standards.
- Review project architectural drawings and specifications.
- Identify conflicts, incomplete or unclear design information.
- Navisworks
- Collaborate and coordinate with other discipline design changes and model challenges.
- May take the lead to develop BIM content for project specific needs.
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and coordinating
- Experience in creating Construction Drawings and handling Submittals
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Professional licensure or certification in architecture is a plus
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Revit, AutoCAD, etc.
- 6 to 12 Years of Architectural BIM experience.
- Experience of Building Information Modeling (BIM software) is a must using Autodesk Revit.
- Knowledge in design, calculations and design systems.
- Clear understanding of BIM Standards, Processes, and workflows
- Live near Zayed or October city.
