Responsibilities

• Manage contracts, risks, budgets, and cash flow.
• Plan and schedule project phases and allocate resources.
• Ensure client satisfaction and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Oversee logistics, procurement, and vendor coordination.
• Lead complex system integration projects and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, technical standards, and safety regulations.
• Review and approve electrical, mechanical, and low-current system designs.
• Transform presales documentation into execution-ready deliverables.
• Manage documentation control and versioning processes.
• Deliver final technical and quality documents (HLD, LLD, BOQ, MS, MoS, etc.).
• Supervise inventory management, maintenance, and equipment serviceability.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: B.S./B.E. in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Experience: 8+ years, including 6+ large-scale system integration projects.
• Expertise in ELV systems, cabling, networking (wired/wireless), and IT.
• Strong knowledge of electrical power distribution, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS) and low-current integration.
• Proven ability to convert presales designs into execution-ready shop drawings.
• Skilled in validating technical designs for compliance and constructability.
• Demonstrated coordination between presales and execution teams for seamless documentation.
• Office Software: BIM, Revit, AutoCAD, Visio, and Project Management tools.
• Languages: Proficient in English and Arabic (speaking and writing).
