Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in 6th of October or Maddi for an Architectural Project Manager. The role entails coordinating and managing architectural projects from inception to completion, overseeing the development of construction drawings and ensuring their alignment with project specifications. The manager will handle project coordination, manage submittals, and ensure adherence to industry standards and sustainable practices, including Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) principles.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Project Coordination and handling Submittals

Proficiency in Architecture and creating detailed Construction Drawings

Familiarity with sustainable design principles and LEED certification processes

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Leadership abilities and experience in team management on architectural projects

A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field

Proficiency in architectural design software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)

Previous on-site project management experience is a plus
