Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant, located in 6th of October. The Administrative Assistant will perform day-to-day tasks such as managing and organizing schedules, handling communication and correspondence, maintaining records and databases, and coordinating office activities. Additionally, the role will support senior executives with executive administrative tasks and ensure a professional, efficient office environment.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
  • Strong Phone Etiquette and effective Communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability in providing Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Effective time management, organization, and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Previous administrative experience is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
