• Prepare, review, and approve civil and structural design drawings and calculations.
• Ensure structural design coordination with architectural, MEP, and landscape teams.
• Review consultant designs and shop drawings 
• Lead the preparation of tender and construction documents related to civil works.
• Evaluate design alternatives for cost efficiency and constructability.
• Coordinate with authorities to ensure design approvals and code compliance.
• Provide technical support during construction to resolve design-related issues.
