About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Installation Engineer to join our growing team.

In this role, you will lead installation operations on site, supervise installation teams, ensure compliance with all Health & Safety regulations, and act as the main link between the client, technical office, and company.

You will be responsible for ensuring that each installation of doors, shutters, and automation systems is completed professionally, safely, and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise installation teams at various project sites.

• Plan daily installation activities and ensure high-quality execution.

• Conduct technical site visits, take measurements, and assess installation requirements.

• Coordinate between client representatives, the Technical Office, and the company.

• Ensure strict compliance with HSE standards, site rules, and company policies.

• Solve technical issues on-site and provide timely reporting.

• Ensure all materials, tools, and equipment needed for installation are available.

• Deliver excellent customer experience and maintain strong client relationships.

• Prepare installation reports and handover documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• 2–7 years of experience in installation, commissioning, or site supervision (doors, shutters, elevators, access systems, or mechanical systems is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of installation processes, site management, and attention to details
• Solid understanding of Health & Safety procedures.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with clients and teams.
• Ability to read technical drawings and BOQs.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
• Valid driving license (preferred).
