Job Description
- Supervise and lead the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring timely and effective hiring across all divisions.
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies to attract top talent in the health and nutrition sector.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce needs and align recruitment plans accordingly.
- Oversee job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection processes to ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
- Maintain and update recruitment metrics, providing regular reports and analysis to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labor laws throughout the recruitment process.
- Train, mentor, and support junior recruiters and HR staff to enhance team performance.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate with external recruitment agencies and job boards as needed.
- Promote employer branding initiatives to position Nature’s Rule as an employer of choice.
