Job Description

  • Supervise and lead the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring timely and effective hiring across all divisions.
  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies to attract top talent in the health and nutrition sector.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce needs and align recruitment plans accordingly.
  • Oversee job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection processes to ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Maintain and update recruitment metrics, providing regular reports and analysis to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labor laws throughout the recruitment process.
  • Train, mentor, and support junior recruiters and HR staff to enhance team performance.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Coordinate with external recruitment agencies and job boards as needed.
  • Promote employer branding initiatives to position Nature’s Rule as an employer of choice.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within the health, nutrition, or FMCG sectors.
  • Proven track record of supervising recruitment teams and managing end-to-end hiring processes.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, interview methods, and assessment tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment data and metrics.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential information.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous process improvement.
