🎯 Mission of the Role

Drive consistent weekly bookings into our partner clinics by speaking with leads who have requested information on treatments such as skin tightening, hydration facials, RF microneedling, and body contouring.

Your target is to convert fresh and follow-up leads into consultations with deposits, using our proven scripts, rebuttal handling, and follow-up cadence.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Call inbound and aged leads immediately and double-dial to maximise pickup
• Book consultations with deposit directly into clinic calendars
• Follow our BAMFAM principle: Book A Meeting From A Meeting
• Execute daily follow-ups to re-engage leads who didn’t book the first time
• Attend daily sales training calls and call audits
• Submit end-of-day reporting and communication logs accurately
• Represent our clinics professionally and consultatively across voice, SMS, and email

KPIs & Expectations

You will be measured on:

• Deposit-backed bookings
• Double-dial speed and responsiveness
• Script execution
• Call talk-time and average call gap
• EOD accuracy and professionalism

Internal KPI reference: 6 appointments per day, 120 per month on average

Compensation

OTE reference from CSR system: $1,600–$2,000+ possible for strong performers
