🔧 Position: MEP Tendering Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate cost estimates for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems for various projects.
Review project drawings, specifications, and tender documents to develop detailed quantity take-offs and cost breakdowns.
Analyze MEP design variations and propose cost-effective solutions.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams to validate estimates.
Communicate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations.
Support tendering activities and prepare technical/commercial proposals.
Ensure compliance with local standards, regulations, and project requirements.
🎓 Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical.
Minimum 4–8 years of experience in MEP estimation within contracting or construction companies (Saudi market experience is a must).
Strong knowledge of MEP systems, BOQs, pricing, and tendering procedures.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and estimation software.
Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
