✈️ The Opportunity We are seeking an Executive Pastry Chef currently based overseas (Philippines preferred) who is ready to relocate to Puerto Rico. We are offering full sponsorship for an O-1 Visa (Individuals with Extraordinary Ability).

👨 🍳 Your Mission

• R&D Innovation: Design our weekly rotating menu. We don't just do "chocolate chip"—we do complex, dessert-inspired cookies. You will have creative freedom.
• Production Leadership: Oversee a high-volume production facility. Ensure every cookie looks and tastes perfect, whether we bake 100 or 10,000.
• Team Management: Train and mentor our local kitchen staff on advanced pastry techniques.

✅ The Requirements (O-1 Visa Eligibility) To qualify for the US O-1 Visa, you must demonstrate "Extraordinary Ability." We are looking for candidates who meet at least 3 of the following:

• Awards: You have won Gold/Silver in recognized competitions (e.g., Philippine Culinary Cup, Hofex, FHA).
• Press: Your work has been featured in major media
• Distinguished Roles: You have served as a Head Pastry Chef or Executive Chef at a 5-star hotel or renowned restaurant group.
• Judging: You have judged the work of others in official competitions.

🛠 Skills Needed

• Expertise in scaling recipes from small batches to industrial mixers (Hobart 140qt+).
• Strong command of English.
• Ability to balance "High Art" pastry skills with "High Volume" production realities.
