Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Advisor located in New Cairo. The Property Advisor will be responsible for providing real estate guidance and consultation to clients, managing property listings, assisting with investment inquiries, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include advising clients on property transactions, managing sales or rental agreements, conducting market research, and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage and build relationships with clients
Knowledge of Property Management and Investments to support client decisions and address their needs proficiently
Understanding of Finance principles related to real estate transactions and investments
Exceptional interpersonal skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
