The B2B Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing deals with companies across different industries.

This role requires someone who is goal-driven, confident in communication, and capable of representing the company’s services to decision-makers.



Key Responsibilities




Business Development & Sales


Identify and target new corporate clients in various industries.

Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and service demonstrations.

Prepare proposals, pricing offers, and commercial agreements.

Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing.

Maintain an updated sales pipeline and meet assigned revenue targets.



Client Relationship Management


Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients.

Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding of new clients.

Follow-up with clients for renewals and additional service opportunities.



Market & Competitor Insights


Stay updated on outsourcing, HR services, and B2B industry trends.

Provide feedback to management regarding market shifts and customer needs.



Qualifications & Requirements


Previous experience in B2B sales (HR, outsourcing, services, or similar sectors is preferred).

Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-motivated, professional, and persuasive.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple leads.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
