JOB PURPOSE
Manages and coordinates the company’s sales within the Door Manufacturers channel to meet business objectives. This is the senior-most sales role for this specific channel and operates within the company’s commercial policies and framework.
TASKS
Establish the Door Manufacturers sales channel in alignment with the company’s strategic direction.
Identify new market opportunities and monitor market shifts while staying fully informed about new products and competitors.
Build a new network of potential customers.
Achieve the channel’s sales targets as outlined in the business plan.
Develop strong, trust-based relationships with key clients to ensure long-term loyalty.
Present sales, revenue, expense reports, and accurate forecasts to the management team.
Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
Expand relationships with existing customers (if any) by consistently offering solutions that align with their objectives.
Ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers.
Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly to maintain trust and satisfaction.
Prepare regular visit reports, highlighting progress, opportunity size, potential, and forecasts, and share them with internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
Manage trade discounts in line with company guidelines.
Manage payment terms in accordance with company policy.
Build and lead a team based on business needs.

EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in Door Manufacturer Sales.
EDUCATION
