Job Description

  • Actively source, identify, and engage potential clients interested in fractional property ownership and real estate investment opportunities.
  • Guide clients through the entire property investment process, from initial inquiry to closing, ensuring a seamless and transparent experience.
  • Conduct property showings, presentations, and investment consultations tailored to client needs and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and industry partners to foster repeat business and referrals.
  • Stay updated on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities to provide clients with informed recommendations.
  • Negotiate property sales, leases, and investment agreements on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing strategies and promotional materials for available properties and investment products.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and documentation in accordance with company policies.
  • Participate in networking events, seminars, and industry conferences to expand professional connections and promote Apart Investment’s offerings.
  • Provide exceptional post-sale support to clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with their investment experience.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 0-3 years of experience in real estate sales, brokerage, or property investment.
  • Proven ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated understanding of real estate market dynamics and investment principles.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in an office environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM software, MS Office Suite, and digital marketing tools.
  • Valid real estate license or willingness to obtain one as required by local regulations.
