- Actively source, identify, and engage potential clients interested in fractional property ownership and real estate investment opportunities.
- Guide clients through the entire property investment process, from initial inquiry to closing, ensuring a seamless and transparent experience.
- Conduct property showings, presentations, and investment consultations tailored to client needs and objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and industry partners to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities to provide clients with informed recommendations.
- Negotiate property sales, leases, and investment agreements on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing strategies and promotional materials for available properties and investment products.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and documentation in accordance with company policies.
- Participate in networking events, seminars, and industry conferences to expand professional connections and promote Apart Investment’s offerings.
- Provide exceptional post-sale support to clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with their investment experience.
