Job Description

  • Manage and process daily accounting transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Ensure timely and accurate tax filings, compliance with local and international accounting regulations, and coordination with external auditors.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of internal controls and accounting policies to safeguard company assets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support export logistics, regulatory compliance, and global market entry initiatives.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records, documentation, and audit trails.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for strategic decision-making.
  • Participate in special projects, process enhancements, and system implementations as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance roles.
  • Proven expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and general ledger management.
  • Strong knowledge of local and international accounting standards and tax regulations.
  • Experience with accounting software and ERP systems.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
