Job Description

 Role Purpose

Support the Brand Manager in developing and executing marketing strategies for the company’s food and beverage products, ensuring brand growth, market competitiveness, and effective communication with both local and international stakeholders.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and implementing marketing strategies for assigned products.
  • Monitor brand performance in terms of sales, market share, and consumer behavior.
  • Coordinate with sales, production, and supply chain teams to align activities with brand strategy.
  • Prepare regular reports on market trends and competitors, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage advertising and promotional campaigns in collaboration with agencies.
  • Draft and send professional emails in English to communicate with international partners and suppliers.
  • Contribute to the development of new product ideas or enhancements to existing products.
  • Oversee execution of marketing activities such as events, exhibitions, and product sampling.

Job Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in Food & Beverage or FMCG marketing.
  • Male candidates preferred
  • Strong command of English (spoken and written) for international communication and reporting.
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
  • Strong teamwork and cross-functional coordination abilities.
  • High organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
