In this role, you will ensure Tabby’s CX content and training materials are localized for KSA, culturally resonant, and easy for agents to apply. You will translate complex product changes, policies, and workflows into Arabic content that reflects our tone of voice and operational accuracy, while making sure cultural nuances are captured.This role sits at the intersection of CX(Customer Experience) operations, product readiness, and content strategy — ensuring that agents in KSA are always equipped with clear, relevant, and relatable learning materials.Key ResponsibilitiesAgent Enablement & Content LocalizationCreate high-quality, actionable Arabic content for agents (guides, FAQs, walkthroughs, quick-reference materials, and eLearning).Localize English training modules and KB articles into Khaleeji-appropriate Arabic that keeps Tabby’s tone of voice.Build templates and scripts that are culturally relevant and practical for KSA agents.Partner with Product, Ops, QA, and Training teams to co-design localized content for product or process changes.Support trainers and SMEs in adapting materialsMaintain, iterate, and optimize all Arabic training and knowledge content for clarity, accuracy, and usability.Establish and maintain an Arabic style guide and glossary (Khaleeji register, plain-language Arabic, RTL design).Skills, Knowledge & ExpertiseNative-level Arabic with Khaleeji fluency and strong English language. Experience in content design, training, localization, or knowledge management.Proven ability to adapt content for multilingual, culturally diverse teams.Hands-on experience with content and design tools (Figma, Canva, Articulate Rise/Storyline, Google Slides, Microsoft PowerPoint, LMS tools) Strong writing and editing skills with a focus on plain language, clarity, cultural accuracy, and adaptability across formats (social, chat, email).Detail-oriented and process-driven, able to maintain consistency and quality under pressure. Month 1: Learn Tabby’s tools, culture, workflows, tone, and agent landscape. Shadow training sessions and product demos. Start localizing content Months 2–3: Co-own content pieces tied to product changes and support localization of KB/training assets.
