Job Description
- Assist in gathering, analyzing, and processing hydrological data, including rainfall records, flow measurements, topographical surveys, and GIS data.
- Hydrological Modeling: Perform basic hydrological calculations and model development (e.g., runoff analysis, time of concentration, curve number method) for various design scenarios.
- Hydraulic Design: Assist in the design and sizing of hydraulic structures such as culverts, open channels, storm sewer networks, detention/retention ponds, and erosion control measures using standard engineering software.
