This role is critical, combining strong user-centered design principles with hands-on, high-quality frontend implementation.

Key Responsibilities

-Design & User Experience:

• Design intuitive, user-centered interfaces and experiences following the latest UI/UX best practices.
• Conduct wireframing, prototyping, and create detailed user flows and interaction models.

-Frontend Development:

• Develop and implement responsive, high-performance, and maintainable frontend applications.
• Utilize proficiency in modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular, or similar) to build scalable solutions.

-Integration & Collaboration:

• Seamlessly integrate frontend components with backend services (specifically using REST APIs, GraphQL, or similar architectures).
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product Managers, Backend Developers, Stakeholders) to translate business requirements and user needs into smooth, polished user experiences.

-Innovation & Efficiency:

• Leverage and utilize modern tools and AI-powered technologies to enhance workflow, design processes, and development efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: A minimum of 3+ years of proven professional experience successfully combining UI/UX design and frontend development roles.
• Design Proficiency: Strong, demonstrable understanding of core UI and UX principles, design systems, usability testing, and accessibility standards.
• Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in a leading frontend framework (React, Vue, Angular, or similar) and expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• API Experience: Practical experience working with APIs and handling data integration from backend services.
• Tool Familiarity: Familiarity and practical experience with AI-powered design and/or development tools is a plus.
