𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲

As a Relationship Manager, you work directly with prospective Golden Visa investors — from first conversation through property purchase and visa approval. You are their trusted guide through one of the most important decisions they'll make.

𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹:

• Identify and qualify prospective investors in your market

• Educate clients on the Greek Golden Visa programme and investment options

• Present properties from the GGV portfolio matched to client needs

• Guide clients through the purchase journey, coordinating with our operations team

• Maintain ongoing communication through to transaction completion

This is a client-facing, revenue-generating role. Your success in building trusted relationships translates directly to commission earnings.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿

𝗘𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹:

• Existing network and proven ability to reach high-net-worth individuals in your market

• Strong communication skills and genuine care for client outcomes

• Self-motivated with disciplined follow-through

• Comfortable working independently

𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝘆 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲:

• Experience in real estate, immigration, wealth management, or luxury sales

• Fluency in Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia, Arabic, Thai, Turkish, or Farsi

• Active LinkedIn presence
