The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment efforts, including onboarding and terminating
new employees, managing and updating their files, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. They will also build strong relationships with our managers to support their HR needs.
Responsibilities
Overseeing the entire recruitment cycle
Monitoring and updating employee files
Developing, overseeing, and managing the onboarding and termination of new employees
Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations
Qualifications
Excellent knowledge of Egyptian labor law and social and health insurance procedures
Excellent knowledge of procedures for working with social and health insurance offices
One to three years of experience as an HR Specialist
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
