 📝 Job Summary

The Recruitment Manager is responsible for leading and managing the full recruitment cycle across all functions within the organization.

 🔎 Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the full recruitment lifecycle across all functions and levels.

Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top-quality candidates.

Ensure timely, high-quality, and cost-efficient hiring processes.

Lead, guide, and develop the recruitment team to ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Achieve recruitment targets and ensure all hiring plans are filled within the agreed timelines.

Track and report on recruitment progress, providing insights and recommendations .

Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs and align hiring strategies accordingly.

Implement initiatives that contribute to reducing turnover, improving retention, and enhancing candidate experience.

Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and industry best practices.

 🎓 Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

HR Diploma is a must.

Minimum 7 years of recruitment experience, including at least 4 years in a managerial role.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Experience using CRM and ERP systems to manage recruitment workflows.
