About the Role:

We’re looking for a Paid Marketing Specialist to help execute and optimize Meta advertising campaigns for our clients. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role where you’ll work closely with the performance marketing lead to launch campaigns, manage daily execution, and support creative production.You’ll play a key role in ensuring campaigns run smoothly, comments and messages are handled with professionalism, and ad insights are captured accurately to guide strategy.

What You’ll Do:

Build, launch, and monitor Meta ads across multiple accounts

Create clean, well-designed graphics and ad creatives using Canva

Respond to 30–60 Meta messages and comments per day to maintain strong engagement

Pull daily and weekly ad-performance reports and summarize key insights

Test new audiences, hooks, creatives, and variations based on performance

Work directly with the performance marketing lead to execute ongoing strategy

What We’re Looking For:

Experience running Meta ads: building campaigns, launching, and monitoring performance

Ability to produce clean, on-brand graphics in Canva

Excellent written and spoken English

Strong background or exposure to performance marketing
