“We are looking for an experienced Accounting Specialist who will contribute to the financial management of our EVA, chemical, and plastic production processes.”

Role Description

• Accurately and timely record daily accounting transactions (income, expenses, inventory, collections, payments),
• Track invoice entries, cash and bank transactions, and ensure reconciliations,
• Record production, raw material, and labor costs accurately as part of cost accounting processes,
• Prepare monthly and periodic balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports,
• Coordinate tax declarations, social security notifications, and other local legal requirements with the Financial Advisor / Finance Manager,
• Manage accounting processes through the ERP system (preferably SAP or Oracle),
• Support year-end closing and external audit processes,
• Ensure compliance with local financial regulations in Egypt,
• Provide reporting support to the finance department,
• Coordinate financial processes with production, procurement, and human resources departments.

Qualifications

• Graduated from university departments such as Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration,
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in manufacturing or industrial companies,
• Proficient in general accounting, cost accounting, and financial reporting processes,
• Preferably experienced in EVA, chemical, or plastic industries,
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Logo, etc.),
• Knowledge of international financial reporting standards (IFRS),
• Good command of Turkish and English; knowledge of Turkish is preferred,
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, planning, and communication skills,
• Residing in or able to work in Cairo, Egypt

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

• الخريجون من أقسام المحاسبة، المالية، الاقتصاد أو إدارة الأعمال بالجامعات.
• خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في المحاسبة بشركات الإنتاج أو الشركات الصناعية.
• الإلمام بالمحاسبة العامة، ومحاسبة التكاليف، وعمليات إعداد التقارير المالية.
• يفضل أن يكون لديه خبرة في قطاع EVA، الكيماويات أو البلاستيك.
• القدرة على استخدام أنظمة تخطيط موارد المؤسسات (ERP) مثل SAP)، Oracle ، Logo) وبرامج. MS Office
• معرفة بمعايير التقارير الدولية . (IFRS)
• إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية بمستوى جيد، ويفضل من يجيد اللغة التركية.
• امتلاك مهارات قوية في التفكير التحليلي، والانتباه، والتخطيط، والتواصل.
• الإقامة في القاهرة / مصر أو القدرة على العمل هناك.

المهام والمسؤوليات :

• إجراء القيود المحاسبية اليومية (الإيرادات، المصروفات، المخزون، عمليات التحصيل، الدفع) في الوقت المناسب وبشكل دقيق.
• متابعة إدخالات الفواتير، حركات الصندوق والبنك وإجراء المطابقات.
• ضمان التسجيل الدقيق لتكاليف الإنتاج، المواد الخام وتكاليف العمالة ضمن نطاق محاسبة التكاليف.
• إعداد الميزانية العمومية الشهرية والدورية، بيانات الدخل، وتقارير التدفق النقدي.
• العمل بالتنسيق مع (المستشار المالي / المدير المالي) فيما يخص الإقرارات الضريبية، إشعارات الضمان الاجتماعي (SGK) والالتزامات القانونية المحلية.
• تنفيذ العمليات المحاسبية في نظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسات (ERP) مثل SAP)، Oracle) وبرامج. MS Office

• دعم عمليات الإقفال في نهاية العام وعمليات التدقيق المستقل.
• إجراء فحوصات الامتثال للتشريعات المالية المحلية في مصر.
• تقديم الدعم في إعداد التقارير لقسم المالية.
• التنسيق مع وحدات الإنتاج، والمشتريات، والموارد البشرية في العمليات المالية.
