Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Assistant located in Kuwait city. The Technical Assistant will provide support in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, assisting in day-to-day technical operations, and maintaining technical systems. The role also involves offering customer service support, ensuring client queries are resolved effectively, and collaborating with teams to improve technical processes and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Technical Assistance and Technical Support
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess and resolve technical challenges
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when needed
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical or engineering field is an advantage
