Key Responsibilities
1. Branches Accounting Operations
- Record daily accounting transactions for the Red Sea showrooms
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries aligned with head office standards.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable related to branch operations.
- Manage bank deposits, cash handling, and reconcile daily POS/cash sales.
2. Financial Reporting
- Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports for branch activities.
- Support the head office during month-end closing and consolidation.
- Provide analysis on branch profitability, and expenses.
3. Compliance & Controls
- Ensure all accounting records comply with internal policies and local regulations.
- Maintain documentation and ensure proper filing of invoices, receipts, and contracts.
- Support internal and external audits related to branch operations.
4. Support to Branch Operations
- Work closely with the branch manager, sales team, and head office finance.
- Provide financial insights to optimize costs and improve operational efficiency.
- Assist in implementing new digital tools or accounting
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2–4years’ experience in general accounting, preferably in retail, automotive, or manufacturing.
- Excellent Excel skills (reconciliations, reporting, analysis).
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently at the branch
