Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective tenants to understand their needs and budgets, expertly matching them with suitable available properties.
- Draft, negotiate, and execute lease agreements, ensuring all terms are clearly defined and mutually agreed upon.
- Collaborate closely with property managers and stakeholders to address site-specific leasing challenges and provide effective solutions.
- Conduct thorough background and reference checks to ensure the suitability of potential tenants.
- Prepare leases for review and secure necessary approvals and signatures from management and tenants.
- Coordinate move-in dates and processes, ensuring a seamless transition for new tenants.
- Create and maintain waiting lists to optimize occupancy rates.
- Implement marketing strategies alongside the Marketing Department to attract a diverse pool of prospective tenants.
- Proactively engage with tenants to address concerns, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering positive relationships.
Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of leasing experience, preferably within the shopping mall or retail industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively interact with tenants and stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to build rapport and address tenant needs.
- Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
