Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Coordinator, based in Kuwait City. The Administrative Coordinator will manage daily office activities, organize and maintain records, provide administrative support, and coordinate with internal teams. Additional responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, improving organizational workflows, and assisting with financial and operational tasks.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Client service skills to collaborate effectively with teams and clients
- Strong Administrative Assistance and Organization Skills to manage records, workflows, and meetings
- Proficiency in time management and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or other relevant software is highly beneficial
- Previous experience in administrative and coordination roles is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
