Job Description
- Review medical files for discharged patients and those who received services in clinics or emergency departments.
- Organize and review medical file contents according to the medical records checklist.
- Prepare weekly medical statistics and reports.
- Identify incomplete medical files and follow up with responsible physicians or nursing staff for completion.
- Follow up and complete medical data after medical coding.
