Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Kitchen Assistant based in Avenues Mall Al Rai, Farwaniya Kuwait . The Kitchen Assistant will support the kitchen team in food preparation, cooking, and maintaining hygiene standards. Key responsibilities include assisting with ingredient preparation, ensuring timely dish assembly, cleaning and organizing kitchen equipment, and supporting food service operations. The Kitchen Assistant will also collaborate with colleagues to maintain efficient kitchen workflow and provide excellent customer service as part of a team dedicated to serving fresh, healthy meals.

Qualifications

• Skills in Food Preparation (Salad Making , Meal Portioning and Food Packing), with a focus on creating healthy and balanced dishes
• Knowledge of Hygiene practices and Food & Beverage standards to ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment
• Customer Service skills to contribute to ensuring a positive dining experience for clients
• Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting
• Prior experience in a similar role and familiarity with Mediterranean cuisine is a plus
