Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts Payable Supervisor located in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. The Accounts Payable Supervisor will oversee daily accounts payable operations, ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, reconcile accounts, and review expense reports. The role also requires preparing accruals, managing journal entries related to payables, and supporting internal audits. Additionally, the Accounts Payable Supervisor will lead a small team, driving performance and process improvement initiatives while maintaining accurate financial records in compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Possess strong expertise in finance, including accruals and journal entries related to accounting.
• Demonstrate robust analytical skills to interpret financial data and identify potential discrepancies.
• Exhibit proven supervisory skills, including the ability to manage and support a small team effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and tools; advanced Excel skills are an asset.
• Experience in the automotive or service industry is a plus.
• Working knowledge of accounting standards and principles.
