Job Description

Develop, manage, and monitor annual financial plans and budgets.

Oversee general accounting, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
Prepare and present periodic financial reports to top management.

Analyze project and site costs and monitor expenditures.

Manage cash flow and ensure financial liquidity.
Follow up on contractors’ contracts from a financial perspective (payments, claims, commitments).
Review contractors’ progress payments and ensure compliance with contract terms.
Monitor and control warehouse and site accounts and reconcile them with actual expenses.
Supervise purchasing and procurement accounts, including purchase orders and invoices.
Operate and manage the full financial cycle using Odoo ERP system.
Supervise tax filings and deal with governmental authorities.
Ensure compliance with financial policies and internal controls.
Coordinate with external auditors and provide required documentation.
 

Job Requirements

Males only

Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (Accounting).

Postgraduate studies are preferred.

Minimum 15 years of experience in the financial field.

At least 5 years of experience as a Financial Manager.

Proven hands-on experience with Odoo ERP system.

Strong experience in contractors’ contracts and progress payments.

Previous experience in landscaping or contracting companies is preferred.

Solid knowledge of Egyptian tax laws and financial regulations.

Excellent command of Excel and financial analysis tools.

Strong leadership, organizational, and follow-up skills.

Ability to work under pressure and make sound financial decisions.
