Ramy Tawfik Pharmacies is looking for an experienced Branch Manager to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily branch operations and ensure smooth workflow

• Lead, motivate, and evaluate the pharmacy team

• Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and company policies

• Achieve sales targets and improve branch performance

• Monitor inventory, shortages, and expiry dates

• Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer issues professionally

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy

• Minimum 2 years of previous experience as a pharmacy branch manager

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Strong understanding of pharmacy operations, KPIs, and reporting

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
