Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Property Consultant located in Heliopolis. The Junior Property Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting properties, providing tailored real estate consulting services, and ensuring client satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include conducting property viewings, negotiating terms, preparing and presenting properties, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong Consulting, Real Estate expertise
• Effective Communication and Customer Service abilities
• Proven skills in Sales and client relationship-building
• Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Proficiency in relevant digital tools and CRM software is a plus
• A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
• High school diploma or a higher educational qualification; real estate certification is an advantage
