The course starts with the fundamentals of Excel including spreadsheets, worksheets, workbooks, and the ribbon interface. Students will learn how to navigate Excel, organize data, and prepare datasets for analysis. After building a strong foundation, the course introduces formulas and functions that help perform calculations and automate tasks. Learners will explore logical, mathematical, statistical, text, lookup, and date functions commonly used in data analysis.

The course also focuses on data visualization using charts and advanced chart tools to present information clearly. Students will learn how to create different chart types and use sparklines to display trends in data.
